SHOP HELP (Order instructions)

Choose the item you request from our extensive product range. You can find the requested item by clicking at the „Products“ button. Select the product line from which you want to order an item. You will be shown more information about the product details of the item you want to order. To order an item, scroll down to the table which contains a list of the products which are available in different lenghts.

Next, select how many items you want to order by choosing the quantity in the field which you can find in the table under „Order“ and afterwards click the cart-icon next to it.

All the products you have chosen are listed in the shopping cart. You can find the shopping cart on top left. The selected items are now in the shopping cart but the order has not been sent to us yet.
The shopping cart is always displayed on top left. At all times you have an overview of the products you have already chosen and what the invoice total would be if you would send off the order right away.
You have the possibility to change the order quantity in the shopping cart!
In case you want to order several products, follow the instructions as stated in the first step. Further products are being added to the shopping cart automatically.
If you have chosen all products that you wish to order, click at the shopping cart. Please check your order once more and then click at the „Proceed“ button.

Let us know if you are a retailer or an end user. If you have made your selection, click at the „Proceed“ button.

a) If you are a retailer:It is necessary to provide your UID. Simply enter your UID into the field and click „Check“.
Enter your customer or company details into the form that appears. (An Asterisk * indicates required information; you have to provide the required information just once). Simply enter your customer details and click at the „Proceed“ button. Now you will see a list of the forwarding charges which are depending on the weight and which you have to add to the invoice total.
You just have to accept our terms of business by ticking them off and subsequently click at the „Proceed“ button to send us your order.
If you want to change any data concerning your order, click at the „Change order data“ button. When ordering the next time you just need to enter your UID and all other information show up automatically.

b) If you are an end user:Enter your customer details into the form. (An Asterisk * indicates required information, you have to provide the required information). Simply enter your customer details and click at the „Proceed“ button.Now you will see a list of the forwarding charges which are depending on the weight and which you have to add to the invoice total.
You just have to accept our terms of business by ticking them off and subsequently click at the „Proceed“ button to send us your order.
If you want to change any data concerning your order, click at the „Change order data“ button.

After we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation of your order by e-mail. We hope our offer matches your requests and we look forward to receiving an order from you.
